A divine duty to celebrate

We have a divine duty to feast! The whole-hearted celebration days reminds us of our ultimate destiny in Heaven. This week marks the feast of Thy Ship's patron, St Thérèse of Lisieux. She's a close heavenly friend who has showered our family as well as countless others with the roses of her intercession. You can find a novena of daily prayers and meditations from Thérèse over on A Heroic Moment. Today, let's prepare to celebrate the Little Flower with a harvest of rose-themed items to level up the feast.

1. French rose tea: Brew a cup of this French-heritage brand tea to sip while you pray your daily novena.

2. Rose cupcake toppers: How sweet would these be atop some chocolate feast day cupcakes?

3. Rose tea cups with saucers (6): I love that these bone china teacups and saucers are all different colors for easily tracking whose cup is whose.

4. Rose paint by number kit: Thérèse came from a creative and artistic family, and was a painter herself. Enjoy creating something original and beautiful with this kit.

5. Pop up rose bouquet: I love giving these paper rose bouquets as gifts—people are utterly delighted by the joyful surprise, and they last longer than fresh flowers (forever!).

6. Rose stud earrings: These would make a sweet gift for a Thérèse namesake or devotee (including yourself). These drop earrings are also cute. Also: if you really want to go for it, maybe these hilariously ginormous rose earrings?
